Every property visit is carried out personally by us. We take the time to inspect your home thoroughly, identify potential issues before they become costly problems, and provide detailed reports with photographs, so you always know exactly how your property is being cared for.

Our packages are based on standard properties of 100–200 m², up to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. As every property is different, smaller homes may be charged at a lower rate, while larger or more complex properties may require an additional charge, agreed in advance.
Not included in any package: contractor access or supervision, utility or administrative assistance, coordination of repairs, cleaning services and emergency out-of-hours call-outs. Several of these are available as additional services.
Our monthly packages are designed to provide ongoing property care and routine coordination. Services requiring extended on-site attendance, travel, multiple appointments, or significant administrative work are not included in the monthly fee and will be charged according to our current Additional Services Price List. Where possible, clients will always be informed and asked for approval before additional charges are incurred.
All services are subject to our Fair Usage Policy and Terms & Conditions. Services requiring extended attendance or additional time may incur additional charges.

Monitoring packages
Home Harmony Portugal provides independent monitoring and reporting only. Our role is strictly to observe, document, and report the progress of works on your behalf.
Practical support with administrative tasks to make owning a property in Portugal simpler and less stressful.
Assistance with arranging electricity, water, gas and internet.
We’ll accompany you to public offices or appointments and assist with communication where required.
Examples include
Minimum booking: 2 hours.
Making telephone calls to Portuguese service providers or public organisations on your behalf and assisting with routine administrative communication.
Help with understanding, completing or organising non-legal administrative documents.

Purchasing, customer service, sales and negotiations
My professional background is in purchasing, customer service, sales and negotiations, and over the years I’ve developed a real appreciation for the organisation and practical side of property management. I like being the person who keeps things on track, notices what needs doing and makes sure it gets done properly.
I believe that looking after someone’s property is a responsibility that should be taken seriously. Owners should be able to enjoy the benefits of having a home in Portugal without having to worry about the small things that need attention along the way. Being dependable and keeping people informed makes a big difference.
Away from work, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I love hiking, swimming in the ocean and spending time in my garden. Growing my own fruit and vegetables is something I particularly enjoy. There’s something very satisfying about planting, caring for and eventually harvesting something yourself.
I’m naturally someone who likes things organised, cared for and in good order, and I bring that mindset into everything I do for our owners and their properties.
Over 10 years in property management in London
Property management has been a big part of my working life. I spent over 10 years working in property management in London, gaining experience in everything from day-to-day organisation to dealing with owners, tenants, contractors and all the unexpected situations that can come with looking after a property.
I’ve always enjoyed the variety that comes with this kind of work. No two days are exactly the same, and I like finding practical solutions when something needs sorting out. For me, being trustworthy and responsive is just as important as knowing how to manage the practical side of a property.
Outside of Home Harmony Portugal, I volunteer at a dog shelter in Bombarral. I help with the everyday care of the dogs, including cleaning and feeding, and it’s something that has become very important to me. Spending time there has taught me a lot about patience, consistency and the simple importance of caring for another living being.
I hope to bring that same care, reliability and sense of responsibility to the homes entrusted to us.
